Recently some users are having issues with formatting their SD cards. If you insert the correct SD card into the camera- A micro SDHC/SDXC class ten or higher- and you get a prompt that tells you the SD card is not recognized, then here is the solution:
- Click the menu button twice
- Use the ‘MIC’ button to scroll down to ‘FORMAT’
- Click on ‘FORMAT’ then Ok to format the card
Sometimes even if you have the right card, the camera does not recognize it. In order to make it recognizable to the camera you need to format it with the camera. So ignore the warning prompt and format the card. If it is still not recognizing the card please contact us at care@rexingusa.com
