Troubleshooting Product:

  1. Charge unit for 3 hour, make sure unit is off while charging.
  2. Please try to update the firmware
    • Please go to firmware.rexingusa.com
    • Choose the product that you have purchased then follow instructions to update.
  3. Please restore factory settings, and format the memory card
    • Instructions can be found in user manual provided inside of packaging
    • User manual can also be found on the product page on www.rexingusa.com.
  4. If troubleshoots do not help, please try another SDHC Class 10 Memory Card.
  5. If product still does not work. Please contact us for warranty.
