- Charge unit for 3 hour, make sure unit is off while charging.
- Please try to update the firmware
- Please go to firmware.rexingusa.com
- Choose the product that you have purchased then follow instructions to update.
- Please restore factory settings, and format the memory card

- If troubleshoots do not help, please try another SDHC Class 10 Memory Card.
