Steps to troubleshoot your camera:
- Charge the unit for up to 3 hours, making sure the unit is off while charging
- Update to the latest firmware for your camera at firmware.rexingusa.com
- Restore your unit to factory settings and format the memory card. Instructions regarding your camera’s reset and format functions can be found in your product’s user manual, which is shipped with your product, but can also be found in our downloads section
If none of the above procedures help with your problem, please try using another SDHC Class 10 Memory Card. If your product still does not work, please contact us in regards to our warranty program.
