Missing items #7 the AV Cable is missing & #5 The installation tool. I opened a claim 3 weeks ago and I never got the missing items. Additionally, this item does not work like it should. Very disappointed.

The cameras don’t work. We contacted the company for tech help. It didn’t work. We now contacted the company, and we are waiting for their response. I’m sure they will resolve this issue.

This camera is a steal. The video and picture quality is good, even at night. ItÕs easy to use and download the pictures. I like that you can view the images on the camera.
