Customer service was good, but I wish I could’ve paid the difference for a larger SD card and pay the difference for the hardwire kit. I only saw that as a downfall it was nice to get the free gifts. What was offered with the package but the difference and money could’ve been made for a bigger SD card And I could’ve got the better package for the hardwire kit with the money made up in difference. I don’t see what problem that would’ve created.

Love this product but wish it was specified that you have to take review in order to get hardwire kit as it says it comes free with charger which I received. Hoping by doing this review it’s true you get the hardwire kit. Apparently in order for dash cam to shut off automatically and detect motion it needs the hardwire kit. Maybe provide more information where you purchase the dash cams as it’s very confusing. Love the camera otherwise as it’s got a clear picture even at night.

The camera is great but the delivery by UPS was bad. It was 2 days later than promised, they required a signature and I had to drive over to the UPS office to pick it up. Please give me the option of leaving the package on my front door.
