It moves too much. Makes the dash cam record too much to one side. Annoying

The product fits my dash cam perfectly. It helps me keep the dash cam exactly where I want it and gives me the ability to remove it easily. I was frustrated with the time it took to receive the product and the lack of acknowledging this with any compensation. Shipping and handling was to take 3-5 days not weeks.
