The dash cam it’s working great specially I was be able to connect it to the car fuses box with the wire you sent me I love it 🥰

The dash cam is great but the service was sub par. I paid for 2 day air and it was shipped ground. I did get my money for the shipping refunded. The purchase was advertised with a free micro sd card which wasn’t included. I contacted customer support about this and they said one would be shipped soon. Customer service is responsive but I would prefer to not have so many issues.

The UPS had messed up the order and lost it. But your customer department ( Kurt Rigaud) was on it and took care of me the moment I called and complained. He not only was nice and professional but took the time to speak with the management and the shipping department and resent me the order. He saved the day. He needs to get a double raise. Faboulous.
