(“Rexing”) is providing you with contact information for independent installers near your area solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement by us of the independent installers.  Rexing is not responsible for the installation services provided by the independent installers and we make no representations or warranties regarding such services or the independent installers.  If you decide to have your Rexing product installed by an independent installer listed on our website, you do so at your own risk.  The terms of the installation services are solely between you and the independent installer and shall be determined by the agreement between you and the independent installer.  Rexing is not a party to any agreement between you and the independent installer.  IN NO EVENT SHALL REXING OR ITS SHAREHOLDERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PERSON FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS) RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF AN INDEPENDENT INSTALLER.
