Warranty Request

We are dedicated to providing you with responsive customer service and complete satisfaction with our products. With all our dash cam products (excluding Final Sale Items), we provide a 60-day hassle-free return policy as well as a 12-month warranty covering product malfunctions. Product malfunctions covered by our warranty must not be caused by physical or liquid damage. To extend your warranty from 12 months to 18 months, please register your product with us.

If you haven’t already, please check our troubleshooting page before sending a warranty request. If your issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, please use the form below, and we will reach out to you as soon as possible.

Warranty Exclusions

Rexing’s limited warranty excludes instances where damage, malfunction, and/or failure occur as a result of:

  • Using parts, supplies, or servicing not authorized or performed by Rexing or its authorized servicer.

  • Products purchased from sources other than Rexing or a Rexing authorized dealer (including unauthorized online auctions).

  • Issues arising from the use of non-authorized parts or supplies.

  • Servicing not authorized or performed by Rexing or a Rexing authorized service center.

Refunded Orders & Warranty Coverage

Products that have been refunded are not covered under warranty. Once a product has been refunded, all associated warranty claims become void.

Proof of Purchase Required

All warranty requests must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase from Rexing or an authorized dealer. Failure to provide valid proof of purchase may result in denial of warranty service.

Final Warranty Interpretation

Rexing reserves the right to the final interpretation of the warranty policy, including but not limited to eligibility for warranty claims, exclusions, and coverage duration.
