Warranty Request
We are dedicated to providing you with responsive customer service and complete satisfaction with our products. With all our dash cam products (Excluding Final Sale Items), we provide a 60 day hassle-free return policy, as well as a 12 month warranty which covers product malfunctions. Product malfunctions covered by our warranty must not be caused by physical or liquid damage. To extend your warranty from 12 months to 18 months, please register your product with us.

Rexing limited certain warranty exclusions to instances where damage, malfunction and/or failure occur as a result of using parts/supplies/servicing not authorized or performed by Rexing or its authorized servicer. For example:
