    I bought this to use on a long drive to my brothers. It was a 14 four drive. The phone battery started at 95% and after a short while it went to 100% and stayed there for the duration of the trip. Some reviews said the unit got very hot, but I kept feeling the charger and it didn’t even register as warm. I really liked the low profile and it seems to be quite durable. I am only using one of the ports, so I placed a dummy rubber USB plug into the unused port to keep stuff out of it. I can’t attest to this units longevity, but so far so good.
