    Well unfortunately due to the lack of responsibility of the delivery company that changed the delivery date from December 26, 2024 to January 02, 2025 I have not received my product; so I do not have an objective idea about said items. The lack of professionalism and seriousness on the part of the UPS Courier in affecting me in this way is regrettable, it is extremely inconvenient that even having paid the import taxes, the website does not allow me to pre sign or even change the delivery date and time to hours that are more convenient for me without making an extra monetary surcharge. Why does that same policy not apply for the benefit of the customer? Since UPS arbitrarily changed the delivery date, they would have to pay me for each day that they delayed the delivery; what kind of scam is that that only applies to the customer when they want to change the delivery date / time, but UPS does not pay anything to the customer. Due to this situation I have determined not to continue doing business with your company if in the future I will need a product. And if I end up having to go pick up my package, why the hell do I need to have paid UPS for the delivery service; when do I have to go pick it up? I would have used conventional mail at that time and saved some $$.
