My parents moved to rural area and spend a lot of time walking through the woods on their property or just sitting out on the front porch. We have a lot of wildlife on the property and I knew this would be a great gift for my dad who had expressed he wanted to be able to sit and look for wildlife at night.

    The binoculars were packaged well and it took only five minutes for my dad to have them out of the box and in his hands on the front porch testing them out. The binoculars are light weight so theyÕre great for holding for prolonged periods of time without your arms getting tired. If you carry them on a strap around your neck you wonÕt have to deal with any neck pain from the weight of the strap.

    The binoculars allow you to see very far! The infrared night vision provides a crisp picture of whatever subject your looking at and there are plenty of settings to allow you to adjust your visibility. All of the adjustable buttons are easy to reach so you do not have to stop looking through the binoculars to make the adjustments. My only draw back to this product is that the screen you are viewing from is quite bright. If youÕre using the binoculars at night your eyes will take a while to readjust to the darkness once stop using the binoculars. This is definitely not a reason to not purchase these binoculars!

    Overall, for the price and the ability to take both photos and videos this is a great buy!

I then went to Amazon where they were highly rated there as well. After comparing them to several other models, I settled on the Rexing B1. I found that these binoculars had all the features that I wanted and where priced far below the others. I’m also very happy with the performance, they take great videos & pictures. Something like this would cost big bucks 10 years ago.

If youÕre using the binoculars at night your eyes will take a while to readjust to the darkness once stop using the binoculars. This is definitely not a reason to not purchase these binoculars!

    I actually bought this product from a different website but I had purchased these binoculars as a birthday present for my dad. My parents moved to rural area and spend a lot of time walking through the woods on their property or just sitting out on the front porch. We have a lot of wildlife on the property and I knew this would be a great gift for my dad who had expressed he wanted to be able to sit and look for wildlife at night.

    The binoculars were packaged well and it took only five minutes for my dad to have them out of the box and in his hands on the front porch testing them out. The binoculars are light weight so theyÕre great for holding for prolonged periods of time without your arms getting tired. If you carry them on a strap around your neck you wonÕt have to deal with any neck pain from the weight of the strap.

    The binoculars allow you to see very far! The infrared night vision provides a crisp picture of whatever subject your looking at and there are plenty of settings to allow you to adjust your visibility. All of the adjustable buttons are easy to reach so you do not have to stop looking through the binoculars to make the adjustments. My only draw back to this product is that the screen you are viewing from is quite bright. If youÕre using the binoculars at night your eyes will take a while to readjust to the darkness once stop using the binoculars. This is definitely not a reason to not purchase these binoculars!

    Overall, for the price and the ability to take both photos and videos this is a great buy!

    This gets a solid 4 star. If your expecting military grade resolution you will be disappointed. But for the money these are excellent. First night out we managed to find deer in the dark. The controls take a little bit of getting used to, especially in the dark…but once you’ve worked out what to press, it is straightforward.

The daylight photos are colour. The images of the photos are OK, but probably not as good as a mobile phone. But for the money I think is good value

    Bought this for my husband who has found it to have really good night vision.Glad I paid more for him to be able to have the extra features of being able to photograph and take videos of what he sees.Really good gift that seems to be of very good quality.There were lots to choose from but for the money this one has it all.Hopefully he will have many hours of animal and wildlife spotting!

    This equipment offers a unusual capability to ordinary binoculars. But first be aware that the way you use these is very different to ordinary binoculars and you view the image that you are looking at not through the two eye pieces but at the LCD screen. You can see a very good distance with these binoculars, and in a good resolution. In addition you can grab a video or photo of whatever you are seeing and play it back on the same screen. The night vision likewise gives you a capability you will not get with ordinary binoculars. And to those that would detract and find fault with the night time vision or resolution please remember that you are not being asked for thousands to buy these, and they are not military spec. But for the money being asked they represent very good value in my opinion.

    I actually bought this product from a different website but I had purchased these binoculars as a birthday present for my dad. My parents moved to rural area and spend a lot of time walking through the woods on their property or just sitting out on the front porch. We have a lot of wildlife on the property and I knew this would be a great gift for my dad who had expressed he wanted to be able to sit and look for wildlife at night.

    The binoculars were packaged well and it took only five minutes for my dad to have them out of the box and in his hands on the front porch testing them out. The binoculars are light weight so theyÕre great for holding for prolonged periods of time without your arms getting tired. If you carry them on a strap around your neck you wonÕt have to deal with any neck pain from the weight of the strap.

    The binoculars allow you to see very far! The infrared night vision provides a crisp picture of whatever subject your looking at and there are plenty of settings to allow you to adjust your visibility. All of the adjustable buttons are easy to reach so you do not have to stop looking through the binoculars to make the adjustments. My only draw back to this product is that the screen you are viewing from is quite bright. If youÕre using the binoculars at night your eyes will take a while to readjust to the darkness once stop using the binoculars. This is definitely not a reason to not purchase these binoculars!

    Overall, for the price and the ability to take both photos and videos this is a great buy!

    This is written after I have used these a few times. This is my first pair of night vision binoculars so I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. On the whole I am quite pleased the two things I was concerned about battery life and range are better than expected. Battery life, I have taken these on three night-time walks and the battery meter still reports full charge although I have used them conservatively switching them on when needed and not leaving them on when not.
    Range, that without doubt is good and as advertised. I have looked across a field and noted how far I am able to see then measured that on Google Earth.
    Things that are a little disappointing, The power button is hard to hit in the dark it needs a dimple on it so you know your holding down the correct button, the zoom is a little grainy, but the biggest problem for me is there is no compatibility with an Android tablet for storing video. I have a new Samsung tab A and it cannot read the video files at all, the response from Rexing was poor on this as well.
    To sum up, are you going to see well in the dark? Well enough. Are you going to get sharp images when zoomed in? Not overly so in my opinion but at this price good enough! the price of night vision can run into the thousands and you are viewing in one wave length so fair enough.

    Bought as a Christmas present for my partner who is absolutely over the moon with it. He says they are easy to operate and is thrilled as the option to capture video and still photos, the quality of which seems pretty darn good. The night vision is exceptionally clear picking up amazing detail, obviously this does pixilate slightly when you use the zoom to fullest but I think that is understandable and to be expected. Overall this is a winner item, and I have earned no end of brownie points for giving this gift. Excellent value for money and recommended.

    Bought as a basic night vision unit to test, so not expecting much here…here’s my take: plus: all parts came, all parts work, like how IR lights up pitch black spaces. The digital zoom works well and is a solid feature. Viewer is basically a small TV – to move your head back from it, yet still see image crisply is nice/convenient/user friendly. It has a low light (optical) mode (default startup mode) with good image quality if you hold it very still, which is nice but with almost zero magnification so it’s not as good as my 12-42 day/low light binocs, so stick with the night mode. If something is moving within 100 yards, you can see it nicely in IR mode. minus: If you want to use this out of the box, one needs to buy a micro SD card, though the unit advertised it came with one. They actually give a “get 1 free” card if you submit a review, like this. Since the unit really doesn’t want to work without a Micro SD card inserted, this marketing scheme could be better. The free offer is for Kingston memory, which is great, but again, you have to wait 1-2 weeks after submitting a review and claim…to get it in your hands. Summary: Goal of this buy was to gain hands on experience using night vision – it’s performed that function nicely, helping me determine certain features to seek in next buy: better optics; higher recording resolutions; more rugged housing – unit is plastic so if you drop it once, probably kaput; better battery housing connector arrangement. If you want a basic night vision setup to grab experience with…that’s not pricey, maybe try these.

    Great product for a low cost night vision. Takes 32GB micro SD, 6 double A batteries. All functions are on top. Camera has two quality selection and video has two quality selection. Night vision is great 20 to 40 yards. Past 40 yards clarity drops the far out viewing. Great for the price.

The night vision is awsome! It blows my old gen 1 monocular out of the water! The fact that it can also take pictures and video is a huge bonus.     Nice unit, clear viewing but somewhat narrow field of view. Also, the pictures are very grainy when loaded on a computer; they are fine in the viewfinder. It doesn’t matter whether they are hi-res (1 MP) or (VGA 640×480). I think a little less magnification and a wider field of view would make them better.

    I was hoping to see a better instruction manual with more details. For overseas costumers like myself, Arabic language should be utilized in the instruction manual. Also the web site should have more details about the product. The night vision process is not clear and confusing for people who never had to deal with such product.
