    Reached out to customer service two days ago the hardwire supply cable work. The cigarette power supply worked contacted customer customer service and asked where I could buy a new hardwire cable and have not heard anything ended up getting upset and taking it off my bike. Save yourself the trouble and don’t buy this.

    I ride everyday. This thing is awesome. I can hear when it turns on when ever I turn the key on. And turn off when I shut the bike down. I installed it myself and it took about one and a half hours because I wanted to use the wires already bundled.

    Relatively easy to install. That may vary on the bike. My 2018 Yamaha FJR1300 has the battery mounted high up front inside the right fairing. That made it a bit tricky due the all the extra wiring.

They informed me my original purchase wasn’t a year old yet and replaced the front camera free of charge. I didn’t even know it had a warranty. These guys are great!
