- Please format the SD card on your camera directly. Before you start using a new memory card, you must format the card within the camera using the format function.
- The built-in supercapacitor is just for emergency file backup, please always keep the dash cam plugged in.
- The car USB port may not support enough power for the dash cam, please use the car charger that comes with the dash cam, or Rexing Smart hardwire kit (Sold separately).

Dash camera works as described! Only draw back for me was the power cord did not have a type C cable with it.

I really like how easy this camera is to install, I even opted for the hard wiring kit, which I thought would be much more difficult to install, but it wasn’t. I love the picture quality and how you can sync it to your phone. It’s small and discreet which is great! I would recommend this to anyone who wants a great dual camera dash cam!

Very clear video. My only negatives are that the wifi is very hard to get to work consistently and the factory brightness setting is very dark. Luckily there is an adjustment to brighten it up.

The install was easy. The wiring gets hidden nicely in my Tesla Model S. The Wifi is a bit difficult to get working. I’ve reached out to Rexing to see if they can resolve.

The camera works great. The app makes it very easy to capture and share a specific file. With a big enough (256gb) memory card it saves video for more than long enough before rewriting making it hassle free. The only thing wrong is the A/C adapter dislodges from the outlet. You always have to check it to.make sure its still plugged in. Mildly annoying is around dusk the night vision clicks repeatedly when its trying to determine if its day or night. That lasts for about five minutes every day. I would still recommend this camera for its ease of use.

The camera is great and has a clear picture. It has all the features I was looking for. However if you own a Jeep Wrangler you MUST also purchase the suction cup mount. The included 3m mount will not work because of the windshield being so straight.

Reasons for choosing the Rexing V3 Dash Cam: high resolution video quality, Built-in GPS, Supercapacitor, Parking Monitor, and Wide Angle. Had to buy the addition hardwire kit to take advantage of the Parking Monitor Feature. Quality of video is very good for the size of this camera. Excellent in day time and quite good at night, although a little bit grainy. However, the night details are very good. Took a couple of hours to modify the hardwire kit (comes with mini plugs/fuses and my car requires micro 2 plugs) and run it to the fuse box but now the cable is hidden and camera works as intended. All in all a good device with a lot of useful features.

For a 69 year old, reading the small print and working the small buttons was not the easiest. However, I can appreciate the fact that the unit needs to be small to be practical. All in all, I personally like the fact that it is easily detachable if you want to take it with you. I purchased it on the recommendation of another user who had an earlier model and was well pleased and that fact that it has a super conductor on this model to withstand the high heat in the southern states. Another bonus was the rear camera on it that you can turn off if not needed.
